FAQ

Questions we hear most

A typical 32‑user on‑premises platform — GPU server, storage, software, integration and first‑year support — is approximately US$150,000 installed. A managed subscription (US$7,500–12,500/month over 36 months, setup US$20,000–50,000) removes the capital purchase. Every engagement starts with a free assessment and a paid pilot, so you prove the business case before committing.
A paid pilot runs 60–90 days with 8–12 users on one or two high‑value workflows. A full turnkey deployment — hardware, document ingestion, connectors, permissions and training — typically follows within 4–8 weeks of pilot sign‑off.
All inference runs on hardware inside your building; nothing is sent to train or serve public models. We harden the deployment with network segmentation, role‑based permissions, encryption, audit logging and prompt‑injection defences aligned to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
Modern open‑weight models from leading families run comfortably on our platforms — from compact models on the GIGABYTE AI TOP ATOM to models up to 200B parameters with appropriate GPU configurations. We evaluate candidate models against your actual workflows during the pilot and route between them by task.
We deploy model routing: local‑first processing for sensitive work, with a secure, policy‑controlled fallback for unusually complex requests. Sensitive documents never leave your hardware in any case.
24/7 monitoring, GPU and driver lifecycle management, model updates and evaluation, search‑index health, backup and disaster‑recovery testing, helpdesk support for your users, and quarterly governance and quality reviews.
